I received the Mswipe wisepos new machine on 5th Dec 2019. The guy who came to deliver gave me the machine and instructed me to create a login credential for mswipe account. But when I bought the machine the sales executive told me that this machine has an inbuilt inventory app where you can manage all the stock. At the time of installation, the person doesn't know about it and he asks me to contact Mswipe customer care. I did the same now it is around 7 days I am following up with them. When I call Mswipe customer care, they said that they will arrange a call within 2 hours or half an hour from mventry department and the call never comes. If comes it gets dropped. I have a total of 5 issues related to my mventry app.
1. I cannot edit inventory (I want to edit stock)
2. Bill is not getting print
3. QR code is not working
4. I cannot add supplier
