My issue was resolved on 02nd Dec 2016. The technician gave a visit with the machine on 02nd evening. I need to thank the higher management team consisting of Mr Das. He was person who helped me to get the machine delivered.

On 30th Nov I was contacted by Mr Mandar Surve (Sr.Ops Manager MSWIPE). He mentioned that terminal will be installed by EOD 01st Dec 2016. I have not been contacted after that. No one visited me neither the terminal was installed.
I never expected this kind of service from Mswipe. Its been now 16 days after I have requested for the terminal. Now I am totally blank as I am unable to understand with whom to contact. When a Sr Ops manager cannot do anything then who can help us ?.
