[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — mswipe is not returning hold amount to customer account | |||
Customer has made single transaction of 7000 rs from sbi credit card on 19th august 2017 at sbs medical asha hospital malad east mumbai at mswipe terminal. Mswipe has received two times 7000rs. One 7000 rs has been credited to merchant bank account and another amount 7000 rs was put on hold. It was duplicate amount. Customer has done multiple follow-up's with sbs medical. Sbs medical has submitted request on 23rd august 2017 to return duplicate 7000 rs to customer account. Sbs medical has called 7 to 8 times to mswipe customer care to return/refund 7000 rs amount in customer account but mswipe did not return/refund till yet. This is very bad support from mswipe.
