[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — Payment not recieved by vendor

I have made payment to vendor who is using mswipe QR code machine on 8th june. I made a payment of 5300 rupees. Vendor confirmed that he has not received the payment in his bank. My bank has confirmed that the payment is successful and is received by mswipe. I and the vendor has made multiple calls to mswipe but they are not helping. I have made a payment to a vendor who lives in Pune, I ordered macbook pro from him the amount 65, 600 have been debited from my account but the vendor haven't received yet .Vendor confirmed that he has not received the payment in his bank. My bank has confirmed that the payment is successful and is received by mswipe. I and the vendor has made multiple calls to mswipe but they are not helping. I have all the chats and screenshots of the chat with mswipe person. Attaching the payment proof(1st image), and account details of vendor (2nd, image)
