My client had done payment from his credit card on 05/december/2016 at 17:37 pm of 150000/- rs on mswipe machine (Pos) which the mswipe company had provided us but still today i have not received the payment in my bank which usually gets credited next day. I have also submitted the invoice copy but still no reply and no one is answering on any number. Sir i request you to look in this mater as earliest as possible. This will never happen again in future so please eighter credit it in my account or cancel it and return it back to the card holder account.

Updated by Kishorech I have made a transaction 05 Dec of amount 1, 50, 000 and later on 09 th Dec16 cancelled the transaction and request for the refund.(this is my previous refund request no.TBK[protected]
And I had called MSwipe customer care on 12th Dec, Regarding the refund and they told me that money account.please look into the issue and resolve as soon as possible.

Updated by Kishorech when did u soluve this issue .almost 15 day complete.Bad service Mswipe Technologies Customer Care's office branch not receive my phone.
