[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — Regarding void it's has been 14 days but till now customer has received the money | |||||
In 22 december i was swiping one of my customer card when i swiped first it's showed me declined so that y i swiped once again then it's showed approved but after that customer got a message from the bank of both the swipe. A after that in your app it's showing that both the time swipe was approved so i have done one of that transaction void but till the date now customer didn't receive this money soo sir when ull will transfer that money. The sales person came to me and he said the machine is 3500 and he took 3000 in cash also and 3500 of cheque so kindly I want my 3000 back or else I will lodge a complaint against him his contact number is [protected]
