Sir/ madam,
Due to heavy loss in my business i have closed my business and mswipe account on april 2018. The mswipe sales rep took my device and he told i will get the confirmation my sms. After that i have not gotten any confirmation.
But in the year 2018 mswipe took around 4000 rs from my account via auto debit. I have attached the statement for the same.
In the year 2019 mswipe took around 6430 rs from my account via auto debit. I have attached the statement for the same.
Even i noticed there are lots of double & triple times debited from my account for the same month.
All the above transaction i came to know recently and i compliant to mswipe. They mentioned i have not returned my device. But, the mswipe sales rep collected my device. Since i do not have proof, they told me to pay 2500 online so that my account gets closed and i will get my account closure confirmation. So, i paid but till now i have not gotten my confirmation. I have the following question before i took this to legal case to claim my amount as well as consumer court
1. Why i have not gotten confirmation since i returned by device?
2. Since no business transaction happened after 2018 april why there is auto debit amount increased as well as double & trible debit in the same month till date?
3. Now even after complaint and paid 2500 rs for not returned the device i have not got confirmation? Was this information helpful? |
