[Resolved] Mufti / Credo Brands Marketing — fallaciously altered jeans and unethical behaviour of the owner and the workers | |||
Dear sir/madam It was my first purchase from mufti and i was very disappointed as i have purchased a black jean of rs 1500 on 5th june 2018 from mufti. After purchase i gave it for the alteration and tomorrow i. E. On 8th june 2018 i went to take it back. But when i tried, it was fallaciously altered by their tailor and when i complaint that it was too tight as i can't wear it properly. First the owner of the shop said that they cant do anything now as it was already altered. Sencond, when i said i told the worker that day also how i wanted it, the worker denied that i didn't even tell him. And the owner retaliated me for not telling him and told me that workers are like this only. They didnt even accept their mistake. I am very disappointed with this kind of service from a valuable brand. I need interventions on the above matter and kindly resolve the issue as the jean is still with them. I am writing to you again to let you know that how much I appreciate the outstanding efforts of Mr. Vikash Naamdev, the owner of the Mufti store in Haridwar and the workers there. I visited this store last week and I purchased a black jeans and I have some issues regarding the alteration of the jean. So I complained regarding it on June 9th 2018.
But yesterday on June 11th 2018, it was completely resolved and I was so happy that it was settled in no time. Because of their efforts, I was able to get exactly what I needed and I am very much satisfied with my purchase now.
I will continue to visit your store in the future, as well as recommend it to others. Please let Mr. Vikash Naamdev and their workers about there sincere efforts didn't go unnoticed. They are a great team that makes customers feel respected and valued.
Thankyou team Mufti for all your endeavours. I really appreciate and promise to continue my purchases with you.

Rude staff behavior, not speaking but barking, not doing a job but doing a big favor working at mufti MG road pune.
Online shopping easily available or go for some other store, don't waste your time and money at this store, instead of shopping clothes you will end up getting distressed by the staff behavior.
