My purchased date 07/01/2024 invoice memo no CM/001694/24 . Tax invoice no F60P[protected]

I had purchase 4 articles from offer buy 2 get 2 on the above mentioned date in which the said floor incharge and the sales representative at the store were guided by me for alteration and I’m which the store has zero (0) experience and has altered the jeans without informing, folded the jeans from bottom and now the bottom is thick ( bottom ulta kar diya hai )which is not as per standard coming when it comes to buying with a brand life mufti .
I with all due respect Like to change my purchase as it was the store fault which is now being put on me as a forceful option left .
This type of mistake by a brand is totally unacceptable and would only result in a loss of a customer
I would like to end by saying is I want the refund for it or I want my purchases artice to be replaced by a new one or else I’ll have to find another way of doing it, and I won’t hesitate to go to consumer forum.
Kindly consider this as an humble request
