i complaint to consumer complaints after that i got a mail from mulya shop on 2nd feb they told me it will refund ur money with in 10-14 working days 21 days completed still not recived money plz help us Dear Manohar Sade, Greetings from Mulyashop.com and thank you for shopping with MulyaShop. We wish to inform you that your refund request for the order ID: BXEIGXUMW has been processed on January 31, 2015. The refund transaction ID for the same is [protected] of ICICI PAYMENT GATEWAY. The same will reflect in your bank account. We do not have any influence on the time scales once the refund is preceded from us. The refund will take 3-4 working days to reflect in your account in case of private banks and 10-14 working days in case of nationalized banks.
