I have ordered a mobile phone on 22nd of november but still there is no update on the delivery the tracking id, I called up the number i was told that it will take 5-6 days after 6 days i again called up i was told that youthere is sortage of phone you can cancelled your order and we will initake for refund, we diid that also but till today neither the phone nor the money is deposited in my account nor did i recieved the phone, Still on your website that product is available if you donot have the product why are you writing there as available on the website and making customer pay for that product and delay the status and make customer keep on calling you our executive never call the customer. Please look into the matter urgently or will go to consumer court and make a complain there reagrding non responding and using customer money
