[Resolved] Mulyashop.com — No Product delivered, No Refund and No proper response | |||
I ordered a Micromax Canvas Elanza 2 A121 (White) for Rs.6679 with order ID as IDEVSTPMV on 7th Dec 2014. Due to no further information about my order and its showing the status as "Payment Accepted". So, I have to called customer care support on daily to cancel the order and request for refund. Somehow, I cancelled the order on 20th Dec 2014 after long pursuit. After they said my amount will be refund with in 7-10 working days. But, Till now whenever I call to customer support they are telling the same wait for another 7 days. I tired waiting and want my money. Please help to get my money back ASAP. My order mobile no is [protected]. Please refund my amount asap. I don't want any mail stating ur refund is approved it will be refund with in 7 days. I already got those kind of mails but after waited for more than 7 days i didn't get my refund. Please refund and let me know. Thanks for ur reply.

Still now I didn't receive my refund amount and I'm calling to the customer support daily, but they are not giving the proper response. They always saying to wait for 2 days, but I have waited for so many days but no mail or response. They are absolute cheaters and stealing money from the customers. Please take action against them and close their site. I strongly advice to people not to buy any products from mulyashop.com
