Mulyashop.com — non receipt of item ordered

I ordered a portable reclining yoga chair on Feb 24 making full payment of Rs 1249 [ which included shipping charges] through my debit card. The message from them promised delivery by 6-8 March. It is 26th March and I have not received the chair. Their phone numbers seem phoney... no one picks up them up. Please help .
