[Resolved] Mulyashop.com — Ordered mobile phone not received after paid full payment

I have ordered a Micromax Canvas 2.2 A114(White) vide reference no.77831 order no KQJQATABX on
12/8/2014 15:03:40.
I have not yet received any email or status of my order. I talked with that company, they said the payment was not successful. Then I emailed a copy of payment slip, then again i contact.
They said now your full payment received, your product will dispatch within 2 days. But till today I am not received my product. Everyday I have talk to them regarding my product, but no use. I am trying to contact your contact numbers it always busy and recently contacted them they are saying they will send it and you will get the product.
So please take some action and arrange to dispatch my product.

Updated by Mahendran A 2nd January I received a email from Mulyashop, in that they said the full amount refund will be effect with in Maximum 12 working days,
But till today i am not received my refund. Already i directly contact them over email, but no response.
So please take immediate action and kindly do the needful
