I have had nothing but problems with a seller on DHgate. First of all I ordered the item, but did not think it went threw. So I ran it again resulting in ordering 2 by mistake. I let them know the first day, but they refused canceling the 2nd order.
That was my first issue. Then I never received the item after 30 days. I let them know, and the seller tried offering to send item again. At that point I was not interested in waiting another mth. I told them I wanted a refund, and now they act like they do not want to give it to me. Was this information helpful? |
