I along with vikas-[protected], dilip-[protected], tara-[protected] and leena-[protected] would like to bring to your notice about a fraud recruitment agency having its office as success overseas visa consultant, bunglow no. R-2, 1st floor, kit kat bldg., carter road no.1, opp. Shamrao vithal bank, borivali (E), mum-66. Mob: [protected]/4/5 and another office cum residence at 31, siddi park society, opp. Maninagar raheja street, ahmedabad. Mob: [protected]/[protected] / [protected] owned and run by paresh pandya.
We all would like to inform you that its more than 6 months or year, paresh pandya promised us to give a job in usa and he took rs.1, 10, 000/- from each o[censored]s for the same but till date he did not give anyone a job and failed to keep his promise. All these days he kept on giving us false excuses and reasoning and played with our emotions and feeling.
He has given us same offer letters of different companies with same format which by no means is correct and valid/legal and that proves his fraud and fake practice and lure people with their money and emotions.
For the last 3 weeks, i have been running around his office for my money and the cheque which he had issued to me for rs.1, 10, 000/- also bounced.
We all request you to look into matter and set an enquiry for this fraud agency run by paresh pandya and also request you to support and co-operate us in getting or hard earned money back from this fraud agency.
Our sincere and humble request to process an enquiry at earliest before he cheats and lure other people with their money.
