Garbages are being put on the middle of the road, in front of Arihant Aradhana building, Sector-10, Kharghar. This is creating a very unhygenic atmosphere all around. The waste materials are also flying around due to wind. Stray dogs scattered the wastes, in search of waste food. Dog barking is common in Sector-10, Kharghar. There are few small garbage bins placed at some places. Some residents are putting garbage on the middle of the road. So garbage bin is not the answer. No body scatter garbage in own house, but when it comes to public places, we all say it is Government's responsibility. Can our attitude will change ? I wonder, when and how ?
