We have been repeatedly complaining since 2 months to mtnl regarding the above phone no 23826864 on phone as well as written complains to gamdevi exchange, but no one cares to put the same in order
They are charging us and we are paying regularly, although the phone is not working, we are having this telephone no since past 40 years, and since the last 1 1/2 month it is dead, we are running a business and is this the way you treat your customers. Your are charging us and we are paying regularly, although the phone is not working, this phone no. Is given to our international clients who are calling us for the last one month, and we could not talk to them. Hence we are losing business. Please can mumbai mirror help us in sorting out this problem
