Hi,
I was travelling in mumbai express from hyderabad to mumbai on 17th september 2018. I kept my bag under the seat and next day when i saw it, it was spoiled by rats. It was a brand new bag and cloths inside the bag got spoiled completely.
Despite of writing and complaining multiple times for the reimbursement of my lose they failed to attend my complaint. And closing the complain on the same day without answering to my concern.
Also dropped email to "[protected]@rb. Railnet.gov.in" but no reponse from them yet.
This happened with me multiple times.

Please help me with this issue. I have also attached the screenshots of the complaint and a video of my bag which got spoiled.
