[Resolved]  Mumbai Mirror — Sales of faulty induction Cooktop ans horrible post sales service by Kaff India

This mail needs your urgent attention. I purchased a Kaff induction 4 - ring cooktop on June 1st in Mumbai through your Kaff channel office in Malad ( evershine Mall). Since the 1 st week the cooktop has been giving the following trouble . 1)The front rings very often dont work at all . 2) All the rings work eratically . There is no trend. 3) The heat reduces while cooking Needless to mention here that all utensils used are brand new induction utensils from reputed brands ( futura primarily). Post repeated complaints Mr. More and his team obliged us with a horribly delayed inspection. The result of the inspection was nothing but a trial and error practice on my cooktop for a month . They admitted no one really knows how to repair this device. I need to mention here that the team kept coming back with mutiple variable answers for the same issue but no resolution. After several further complaints they changed the base machine with their in shop sample machine and the glass remained the old one . What is inportant is NOTHING CHANGED OR IMPROVED POST THAT . Since the last 3 months i have been following up regularly with the Kaff office, Mr. More and a certain Mr. Vikram . After completely ignoring my calls for so long they once again inspected the machine on 11th October. The same problems exist till today . The same vessel works on one ring but not on the other which clearly says the vessels are all perfectly allright and functional . The front rings can almost be called nonfunctional . However the KAFF TEAM HAS COME BACK SAYING THEY CANNOT CHANGE THE COOKTOP WHICH I DEMAND CLEARLY . The team has said, apparently they want to send one vessel of a brand named " burner" to check if its a vessel issue again . That is ridiculous!!! My point very clearly and candidly is - I have been cheated with a faulty machine and I need a replacement of the entire cooktop now . I have been mistreated as a customer and I need a solution immediately without fail . Regards Ananya Narula
