Mumbai Police — not allowing paramedical staff in auto
My mother is 91 years old and totally bedridden for the last 2 years. She is taken care of by two lady para-medical staff, one during the day and other at night. With the lockdown, both these ladies are unable to travel to their home and back. The police doesn't allow them in an auto. Even the bus conductors don't allow them to travel by bus. I complained to the oshiwara police station but they said they can't help. As per the notification issued by the ministry of home, para-medical staff is exempted and allowed to travel. Then why is this happening and how can you help? Could you issue curfew passes for the two ladies? Was this information helpful?
