Mumbai Traffic Police — Complaint for wrong E-Challan imposed for Vehicle no. MH47B4005

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your notice that I have been fined wrongly by your MTP incharge in Borivali on 1st Feb 2023 @4:41 Pm. ( Vide Challan No.- MUMCM[protected] )
My Activa 3G Scooter was parked in the Parking Zone, in Mhatre Wadi Borivali West 400092, where usually all the Bikes are parked on both sides of the Lane.
( which you can check personally if required, also it is in the inside road where hardly any Big Vehicles ride / pass on that Road )

Note : My Vehicle was not Parked on the Main Road

I don't understand why your MTP Incharge has taken a Photo of My Vehicle Number Plate & imposed a charge of 1500 Rs. for the Section 122/177

I am really upset by this event for the wrong Violation charge which is imposed on me - Causing danger / obstructions or undue inconvenience to other users of public place or to the passengers by allowing the vehicle to be abandoned or to remain at rest on any public place

Pls check the Photos which is uploaded on MTP app, it does not gives any clarity / indication that my Scooter was parked on wrong side, which could have caused any undue inconvenience to the walk-in Public or any Passing Vehicle.
The allegation is absolutely false & hence I do not agree to this Violation.( Since Evidence is not clear by the MTP Authority )

Earlier also I paid 500 Rs. for the same wrong allegation that too in the night on 6th Nov 2022 @ 10:16 Pm., where my Vehicle was parked in front of the shop where I just came to collect my Food Parcel. ( An in the Night as you know all roads are vacant, still your MTP incharge was aggressive to impose charges to an normal & common people who usually come to have some Dinner in the Night )

This is absolutely an wrong practice & harassment to a Common Man, every time I cannot pay for my no mistake.
& Here in this case there is no absolute clarity even after raising a grievance on MTP Website on 1st Feb 2023.

On 11th Feb 2023 @ 2:07 PM - I get a simple SMS - that - Your Request is declined. We found no distraction in offense. MHPECH
I want to know even after giving a clear message in description while raising a grievance online, why there is no mail update or clear evidence to the Customer.
Why it took 10 Days to reply on my Query which was raised on 1st Feb 2023.

Pls check the Photo as below & let me know where it is written that this is NO Parking Zone.
Evidence is missing & hence I would humbly request you to pls Waive off this wrong charges of 1500 Rs. which is imposed on my Vehicle on 1st Feb 2023.
