My office is at Mittal Estate nr. Marol Metro stn. The lane next to my office is being used by motorist to come in the opposite direction of onging traffic. This causes huge snarl n honking nr Cafe Coffee Day Junction. Can I request you to kindly send one of your officers to the spot so that he can view the situation in reality.
