I have orderd sony headphoes MDR-XB400 with samsung blutooth
at Rs/- 659 .But i got a 2 wrong product which is not suitable with the
product which i have order, and the product which i have got also slightly damaged .so please do the needfull and kindly notify me the process how to replace the order with the suitable product.
many times i have called to customer care but no response from them and i have mailed to them which is failed to that id
