and i will complain many time but he cant replace my produt and i will send msg but they cant action in mobile so my mobile phone is return so fast

The 25000mah power bank was supplied without proper supplier address and on use it was seen that this 25000mah power bank is not even charging my 3100mah galaxy note3 even once. I made the complaint yesterday but did not get any response till now. Please arrange to take back the item and issue a genuine one immediately.
