Muncipality — Waste disposal

Hi,

I am new to HSR layout and at first was not aware of the rules for waste disposal. We have following the rules of waste disposal since then i.e: keeping the dry and wet waste separately. Also the waste collector told us not to dump the Blue Garbage bags in Dry waste and we have followed that too. We use the bag only for our home purpose so as to keep the garbage cans clean but have never dumped the bags ever!

Today morning, as my garbage can was not available, I took the garbage in a Blue plastic cover and told the waste collector to dump the wet waste and give it back to me. I wash it and use it my dustbin so as to keep it clean, but have never dumped it and have no plans to (reusable plastic bags). I told him very clearly that I am not planning to dump the plastic cover. Only dump the dry waste inside it, give it back to me so that I can wash it and use it for my own purpose. He started shouting at the top of his voice and in a very rude manner. Also he took our building's photo and said he would register a false complaint that we are dumping plastics in wet waste which we havent. He mentioned that from tomorrow he wont collect waste from the other house owners residing in our building too. I am dont know the name of the waste collector but this complaint is registered from 22nd main, Sector 2 HSR layout.
I have heard many such complaints against this guy for this kind of rude behavior . Please take action and also please make sure that our waste will be collected daily

I have observed the HSR municipality services are really up to the mark and believe that appropriate action would be taken
