There is an open pothole at VIP road's foot path near UpperLake .
My father went there for jogging assuming that the foot path is safe to walk, but sadly not in India.
He tried to escape it while running but unfortunately his right leg got stuck in it and he got injured.
My father is 65 years old.
I want to know why such an unkempt road and now footpaths too.
If a small child would have stepped on it. He would have drowned. My father got saved because only 1 leg was stuck .
