Hello sir/madam,
Today around 6:00 i saw a dead cow at sector 68 ground in front of sbi branch.
As a citizen, i think it is my responsibility to make you aware with this incident.
I also don't know the responsible group which is appointed by the government to pick up dead body's. That's why i text you.
Hope you will take action in form of picking up the body.
