Please help us... We are the common people of bhubaneswar. We live in laxmi vihar soubghyanagar, near patanjali, bhubaneswar, 751003 odisha.in our city a large no. Of street dogs are roaming... They tend to attack every 2 wheels traveller in the morning in huge numbers.in the group of 8 to 10 they used to roam and bite everyone who comes in their way. We even cannot protest them as then they do severe damage by biting... Need to get rid of them... They even excrete in huge amounts everywhere.
