Municipal Corporation Of Kolkata — Money deducted from account but payment isn't showing clear

I have made card payment through the online portal (www.Kmcgov.In/kmcportal/jsp/kmcportalhome1.Jsp) for the property tax of the assessee no.[protected] on 13th may 2023 of rs. 13907. But it still reflecting unpaid over the portal. During the payment the kmc portal threw an error, but amount was deducted from my bank.

I have also raised this concern over with my bank and they have requested confirmation from merchant if they have received the amount or not.

If the payment is received to you then please change the payment status of the mentioned property else please confirm the same here, as it will be required by my bank to process refund.

I have raised 2 grievances for the same on the kmc portal, but everytime i try searching the status of the same it shows 'no grievances found'.
