I am a resident of Jyangra, Baguiati, Kolkata area where number of street dogs are multiplying at an alarming rate. People are getting chased by and bitten on a regular note. Continuous barking, gang wars and fighting at night is causing too much trouble for people to have a healthy lifestyle.
Repeated complaints have fallen to deaf ears. There are no system for vasectomy or other birth control measures for the street dogs.
Please provide us a solution from this issue.
