My name is Mantu Kumar Jha, I am a permanent resident of 30 Ostad Amir Khan Sarani, Kolkata.
I want to inform you that in our area few stray dogs are there which is really a big problem for all the local residents. They always disturb the people and try to bite the people. yesterday at 3pm my relative was bitten by the dog. We took her to the hospital.
Now this is the request to you kindly arrange to take these dogs to the dog center.
