I am from shivchhatra residence opp dhan Laxmi bunglows.stray dogs are kept as pets but not in home. They roam outside bark at passerby. Fight with each other scares many people. As per now 2 people are been bitten by them. They don't leave from here because a girl feeds and pets them daily but not keep them at her home
