I have purchased some cloth from My Mart at Dwarka More after confirming the discounted price of cloths but after generation the bill i found that they have charged full amount instead of discounted price. I request on cash counter for refund as the mistake done by their staff but they refused to refund the same. I also complain to My Mart's owner Mr. Pawan Agarwal who was available that time & know about this situation but his behaving is totally disappointed. He completely refused to solve this problem & behaving like insulting... Please let me know what step should i take if the company owner refused to resolve the problem...
