My Money Mantra — Scam - Disbursed Personal loan without my approval

I inquired personal loan on My Money Mantra website on 28th april and applied for IDFC first. Then a representative has contacted me and collected all documents for checking eligibility and soft approval.

He then informed me that I have loan sanctioned for around 3.8 Lakhs for ROI of nearly 20%. I clearly stated I dont need a loan at this high rate of interest if possible arrange below 13%. Then he convinced me saying that after verification only he can fight and reduce the rate. So, I completed my verification with an agent. Finally, I received a call from bank representative(credit team) who informed I got loan sanctioned @ 16% ROI. Even I denied that and clearly informed I dont need any loan above 13%ROI.

Then again MMM representative called me and told he will reduce it further to 13.75 and I agreed. He informed me to approve emandate through my net banking. Then I received email from IDFC first in which I bank says ROI of 17.5% with 16000 insurance and processing fee. Then I called him and he told dont click any link. I will revise and send it again with new rate of interest, ie., 13.75% and insurance below 2000 & processing fee of 3999. For that he convinced me that he need to relogin again and he need my eaadhar and password and requested OTP.

Then only I realized he used my OTP and approved my personal loan himself and disbursed the amount.

This is complete fraud/cheating/SCAM by MMM team. Immediately I sent bank to cancellation email and inquired about how they disbursed without my consent. I tried contacting IDFC relationship manager and he is saying that if Moneymantra person asked OTP from you, then it was approved by Moneymantra team. The Bank is not responsible for that, furthermore, he confirmed that asking OTP is an offense that you can deal with money mantra.

Also, he confirmed the loan will be cancelled and amount recovered after he receives the complaint from their bank support team. But he stated there will be cancellation charges, which I need to pay.

I request please help me to resolve in this situation.
