[Resolved] Mydala — Unauthorised amount deduction | |
I am a VI customer, mydala is charged me Rs. 49 without any consent. I have not visited their website nor clicked on any of their subscriptions. This is outrageous and fraudulent activities. VI should cancel their tie up.

Mar 30, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I initiated an email to VI and mydala stating I have been charged without authorisation. Immediately VI reached out and refunded the said amount so do mydala. But as a Good Samaritan I returned Rs. 49 to mydala. Now it’s between mydala & VI to figure out. Mydala customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
