[Resolved] Myntra.com — Delay in picking up return item

It has been 25 days since i have placed a return request ..But till the date, i dint get any positive response .. I have called up customer care 4-5 times ..Every time they generate a new return id .But no one comes to pick up my item ..In a week they will say that 30 days return policy has ended up.. Now what should i do ??? i want a quick response this time..I am so disappointed with this negligence .

I returned 2 jeans which I sent through DTDC courier in a same package, tracking no z36596330.

I got the refund of 1 jeans around 10-15 days ago and the status of another 1 is showing as in transit. How is that possible when I sent both the jeans in same package?

Also I am following up on their customer care since more than a week and not getting any status or update regarding it.

I was regular customer of Myntra and suggested to so many people as well, but unfortunately now their service has been gone down and I will switch to some other better website.
