Myntra.com — Not refunding my refund amount of returned item.

I returned 2 jeans which I sent through DTDC courier in a same package, tracking no z36596330. I got the refund of 1 jeans around 10-15 days ago and the status of another 1 is showing as "in transit" in Myntra's website. How is that possible when I sent both the jeans in same package? Also I am following up on their customer care through mail and phone since more than a week and not getting any status or update regarding it.
