Mypangram — Amount successfully transferred but recharge was not done

I've done recharge of Rs.442 for my airtel mobile number [protected] on May 11 2022, the amount is successfully transferred to the merchant but neither recharge was done nor the amount refunded.So please refund my amount.
My transaction ID of the payment is T2205111108240595209549
