I have for first time thought of giving car for service to mytvs service center .
Car was booked for pickup at 8am on Saturday 13th Jan 24. But the person came around 10am for pickup . Car is serviced in Guindy branch.
It was committed that car will be delivered back and will be dropped at my pickup location on Saturday night.
I got call on Saturday evening ..
It was said that brake to be replaced but material is not available now, if I confirm it will be ordered on Tuesday and they said that I can drive for 500kms with these brakes. I said that I need car for next 2days and also I need car to go to office on Tuesday, so will do this later..
Then bill is generated and they said that I need to make payment for generating gate pass for car delivery. I made the payment and sent screen shot. After this, there is absolutely no update or any information on car delivery. I called all available contact numbers but no one to answer as office is closed. I tried for customer care. Then I got a call from customer care on Sunday at around 9.45am and he said that he will revert by checking within 2mins claiming that he has other contacts in Guindy service centre.
