MyTVS — Car service and painting

I write this with immense anger and mental trauma caused by your service center at Chennai Ambattur. I gave my vehicle bearing registration Tn 02 BA 0754 on 31-may-2022 for General Service, spare replacement and painting work.Till now the repair work has not been completed fully and I very clearly informed the service engineer that I will opt for painting if the final bill for my repair and service does not exceed my budget . After multiple follow up I got the final invoice through whatsapp on 04-Jun-2022 and I informed the engineer not to send the car for painting work as it had exceeded my budget and I told him that I will take delivery on 07-Jun-2022 . To my surprise when I visited the workshop on 07-Jun-2022 I could see the vehicle’s paint work has started without by consent and I was informed that the Manger Mr. Babu has told the body shop in charge to start the work stating that he has obtained the necessary approval from me, which is blatant lie .

I am thoroughly disappointed with the total lack of professionalism and transparency . Seek your immediate intervention to deliver my vehicle today in as is condition .

Note : Even now the silencer problem has not been fixed
