MyTVS — Servicing issue parts not replaced,car broken down due to improper service

My car servicing was done in their BG road service centre and a total of rs 30635 was billed on 28 March 2023 but again in 6 may 2023 my car broke down in middle of the road and again same clutch issue which was suppose to repaired in last service broke down.
