Dear MYTvs Car Service Team,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my profound
disappointment and frustration with the recent service experience I
had at your facility. The service I received for my vehicle AP10AK3857
has been nothing short of terrible, and I feel compelled to bring this
to your attention.
Approximately three months ago, I entrusted my car to your service
center in Hyderabad hafeezpet location to install a small heat relay.
I understood that this was a relatively minor task and expected a
timely completion. Unfortunately, the entire process took an
exorbitant three months to complete, which is highly unacceptable by
any standard.
However, what has left me utterly dismayed is the condition in which
my car was returned to me. Upon receiving my vehicle back, I was
shocked to discover that there was water all over the mats inside the
car. This not only resulted in severe rusting and damage to the car's
body but also caused a fungus infestation in both the mats and the
car's interior. Manager Kumar also said when my car was with MyTvs the
right side window glass was broken. How ever they installed a new
window glass but I dont know was it an orignal glass or the other one.
I have attached images and videos to this email as evidence of the
deplorable condition in which my car was returned to me. These damages
were entirely avoidable and are a direct result of negligence and lack
of attention to detail on the part of your service center.
I have to approach another vendor to clean the mess you have created
which is costing me about 15000 rs/-
I am deeply disappointed in the level of service I have received from
MYTvs Car Service, and I believe that such negligence should not go
unaddressed. As a loyal customer, I expected professionalism,
timeliness, and care for my vehicle, all of which were severely
lacking in this instance.
I kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify this
situation. I expect a prompt response outlining the steps you will
take to address the damages caused to my car and prevent such
incidents from happening in the future.
I have always trusted MYTvs Car Service with my vehicle needs, but
this experience has shaken my confidence in your service center. I
hope that you will take this matter seriously and work towards
restoring my faith in your organization.
