MyTVS — Too much delay and worst service

My car met with an accident and I gave my car for repair with insurance claim. Front damage. It took 1 month for the repair. I was asked to come and pickup the car. When I called to confirm the same the person said there is one more repair and it cost 3000rs. After discussion I said ok. After one week I called and asked for the response and I was again told to come and pickup. I called the next day before going for a confirmation. As usual the person said there is one more repair and I will cost 5000rs. After a bug discussion I said ok. After a week's time the service was done and I went and picked up the car. Once I come home I checked and found that 60% of the work was not done and the part which was done is not perfect. I called the person again and asked them to take it again and do it. At last it was done yesterday and I took the car. Below are the issues

1. Too much delay for everything. Even for fixing one part it is taking 2 days.
2. No response from the service person. I need to call them and ask for the status and no body even bother to call me from the service station.
3. Total check should have been done initially and all the issues should have been told at a time. It was not done 3 times I was told about different issues.
4. Service was not done properly. 60% of the work was not done. They gave it with even doing the service.
5. I was charged around 20000 and it took 1.5 months to get my car back. Thus is too much time

I want all the labor amount back as the service was not satisfying. Pls calculate and tell me. I need a call for thus compliant.
