MyTVS — Two wheeler service - Honda Dio Teflon coating

I received a call from myTVS on Wednesday 15 Sep 2021, asking if I need a service for my two wheeler. I said not required and asked if Teflon Coating can be done. They customer service person said it can done and I requested for the service to be done on Friday 17 Sep 2021. They were supposed to pick up my bike on Friday morning and deliver it the same day. The person came at 330pm to pick up the bike. I then spoke to the customer service person and asked if my bike will be returned on the same day since they are taking it so late, because I needed the bike the next day. She said definitely it will be delivered on the same day. Today is Sunday 19 Sep 2021 and I still haven't received my bike. Moreover, I need to call and check since I have not received any information at all. I spoke to someone on Saturday and I still haven't received my bike. This is utterly ridiculous and very disappointing from a company like myTVS. I'm not sure if any action will be taken. But I will not do business with myTVS again.
