It is a co-ed university. Though
1. A boy and a girl can’t go to the library together to issue books if they do this, the librarian misbehaves with them not only that, the boys and girls can’t eat together sitting as well.
2. What i find really distressing is the fact that female students can’t opt for preferred courses because brahmachari maharaj teaches some of them. I’ve attached a screenshot of an e-mail as a proof.
3. Br. Mrinmay is saying that “just thought of letting you know that the optimization course (Cs244) is held on tue & fri, 10am-12noon at ih-402. If any maths boy is interested to just see in/audit he is most welcome. This week we are doing a quick review of linear algebra, next week we will get into linear programming. So interested students can join next week also without losing much.”
4. The university has collected rs.1000/- per semester as fine for semester fees, although there is no deadline to deposit semester fees.
5. Students are regularly attacked via insulting comments by vc maharaj and other maharaj in relation to their clothing choices. Though there are no official rule neither in the website, nor in the departmental notice board about dress code of the university. Not only that there is no undertaking form in the time of admission about this type of meaningless and shameful rules.
6. Accordingto vc maharaj,
(I) you can’t wear a black-colour dress, because “black carries sorrow”
(Ii) you can’t wear a t-shirt, because “there is a lack of attention in studies while wearing a t-shirt”
(Iii) you can’t wear a dress printed with some words/some lines/some pictures (That may be a quote of some famous legend like swami vivekananda, rabindranath tagore, abdul kalam etc), because “it is indecent”

7. There is no student canteen in the campus. Students have to go roadside hotels whenever they feel hungry. But according to one maharaj’s view, wearing a t-shirt looks like a road side romeo


Students, teachers everyone complained to vice-chancellor maharaj against it, but nothing has happened.
That is the overview on this institute. Then what happened to me is following:

• i made a facebook post (Public) on 28thmarch-2019about these above-mentioned issues (https://www.facebook.com/sayantan.panja.58/posts/[protected])
• there were many shares of the post and many comments supported this post. On 2nd april the post reached the administrative section of the institute. Not only that most of the students of mathematics & physics dept. Support my points of my post. But after controversy they have deleted their comments due to rustication fear.
• on 2ndapril evening, vc called prof. Stephan baier (My supervisor) and dr. Rajneesh (Another faculty of maths dept.) and behaves very roughly with this issue, though i don’t know what vc actually told them. But when they came out from vc’s room stephan sir was almost crying. We’ve seen that situation
• on 3rdapril authority fixed a notice to our departmental notice board regarding this issue, and practically called me as a “cancerous growth” for telling the truth in my facebook post (See the actual notice attached).
• on 5thapril they fixed another notice, where it is mentioned my name.
• moreover, the authority made phone call to those students who commented in my facebook post and supported me. And threaten their parents not to do such things and not to connect with me.
• vc created such a pressure on supervisor and hod that supervisor send a mail to vc that he can’t guide me further.
• then on22nd april at 4:30pm in the final meeting (Vc, supervisor, hod & me) vc told me that “your guide, your department don’t want you in the department, they don’t want that you can continue your research work here. Vc told me that “you have to leave this place. If you leave self then it is ok, there will be no bad impact in your career, otherwise we know how to make you leave by force."
• not only that, in that meeting i told vc that “i’ve no regrets if i’ve to leave this place. I did not know that telling the truth in ramakrishna mission is an offence, today i came to know that telling the truth in rkm is an offence. After that vc replied that “yes definitely an offence.” i’ve voice recorded all that things during the meeting.
• as supervisor denied to guide me, i had no option. So, after one month i’ve resigned from this institute and joined at another institute.

Note: i was joined in this institute on july-2017 in ph. D. Course. I’ve successfully completed one-year ph. D. Course work there with 7.6cgpa. After that i was reading books regarding my research work and frommarch-2019, i started to read research paper for my research work.

I have attached all supporting documents regarding discrimination of this institute. Described about prejudice nature, as it was oral, i have no proof to attach.
