Naaptol — Cancel for Order

Dear Sir/Madam
I have ordered Datawind calling tablet on (15/08/2016 Friday) And on
Mondey I called to customer support for my order.They said we are
taking your complaint and cancelling the order. And also i wrote to
[protected]@naaptol.com to cancel my order. But they replied as the product
is shipped already on (29th Aug 2016). They saying as product is not yet shipped and it was
with vendor.it was to late for me Because I shall be gone To Bihar For Work. Finally please i need my order should be
cancelled.
