Order No. 9018225Set of 4 Mind The Gap Cotton TopDated: 27 Apr 2014 | Amount: 898.00 I ordered this product on the above date and i got a different and used product after 15 days. I complained about it with naaptol customer care, they sent a courier service to collect the product free of cost and assured to replace it with the original product within 7 days. After the given time period I had called the customer care for about 12 times and they are still not delivering the product and it has been 2 months now since I ordered the product. I called again to ask for a cash back and that I do not wish to purchase any product from the site, they assured to call again after 24 hours to resolve this issue and they haven't called yet.
