I had ordered a kurti from Naaptol.Com.However the size M did not fit me and was loose. I called the customer care to exchange it with a S size.The customer care fellow put my call on hold for a long time and came back stating he cannot provide me kurti with size S nor can he exchange the kurti for some other one.The kurti cost me Rs.1500 and now I can't spend more on alterations.They have no exchange policy at all.
I want my kurti size to be changed or I can also choose a different one or my money to be refunded.Please help.

Feb 2014 via COD.I received my product on dated 24 Feb 2014 via post office parcel.
I also ordered by seeing the online chart from naaptol
which shows that Size L(42), XL(44), XXL(46) so i have placed my order for Size L(38-42)
according to chart but when i received my jacket it has 53 inch in size too which is no where mentioned in the chart, that too I didn't order.
It seems that they have only stock of 53 inch size jacket and no other size, they are selling only this size jacket by false advertisement of availability of different sizes of jackets and making people fool and cheating them.
There is no terms and condition on their product while
purchasing.
Now, When I had called the customer care on 25 Feb 2014, after receiving product and
told them about my problem that size is not right and ask them what They can do for it, they told that they have forwarded the problem and will be sorted out in 48 hours.Lets see...
I also want that my jacket size should be changed if they cannot exchange
them refund my money.
