[Resolved] Naaptol.com — Return of delivered item due to poor quality | |||
1. An order for 08 bedsheets with 16 pillow cover was placed vide order No. 11489952 and accordingly the said item delivered. The quality of received item is very poor and colour also not the same as shown and promissed on TV. Complain on this regard for return the items and refund the total money amounting Rs. 3398/- (including delivery charges) has already submitted vide complain No. 7806972. Status of complain has also been asked through your rep. Mr.Sourabh and Mr. Parmanand (Three times). 2. In view of the above, I was requested to make necessary arrangement for collecting the above mentioned item and refund of the total money (Rs. 3398/-) by cash or in my saving Account. Details of Bank and my Account already given. After expiry of 07 days naaptol.com company neither collected the return itmes nor refunded the amount which was paid by me for the items. 3.
